I would like to write this letter of recommendation for Frank Garcia and Karen Chou. From the moment I met Frank & Karen.They put my mind at ease in regards to selling my house in the current market. Selling my house was highly important due to the fact that my daughter was sick and needed surgery. I had already been out of work for an extended period of time taking care of her and could no longer afford my mortgage. They were both diligent and hard working even going so far as to have an open house on Super Bowl Sunday. Frank & Karen also took a genuine interest in my daughter and our situation. Through ingenious market strategy they managed to sell my house within a six month period when other houses had been on the market much longer than mine. I also need to state that my house was not in the most sellable of conditions. Frank & Karen are very determined and we would not have been able to sell the house without them.
